Shipping Policy
Packing and shipping prices will be notified to the customer at the time of check out, depending on the size of the shipment and the delivery location. Free shipping is also offered in some circumstances. In case of bulk orders, a minimal packaging fee will be added to the amount to protect the product's quality and integrity during the delivery process.
Customers should enter the correct information in the address field when creating an account on our website. This will assist our logistics partner to be more efficient in the delivery process. Any delay in delivery caused by an invalid or erroneous address will be entirely the buyer's responsibility and any refund or exchange query arising due to such an event will be unable to get processesd.
Once the order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. We request the customers to add the shipping address of the place where the product needs to be delivered. It can be different from the billing address in some cases.
Our customers will be given continuous updates via emails and whatsapp regarding the package dispatch, transit ,delivery status and estimated delivery date. Customers will be responsible for any and all customs/VAT/import or other taxes levied by the government in the future for overseas shipment. At the time of delivery, the charges are paid to the logistics partners. As the above mentioned taxes and duties are dynamic in nature, it is impossible to predict the exact amount that will be charged over and above the cost of the goods. These fees differ from country to country.
The organisation is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or inaccurate delivery addresses.
